Online Medical Records

We are pleased to advise you the the Broadshires Health Centre is now offering a service which enables you to view a summary of your medical records on-line. 

To register for this service, you must contact the practice and speak to one of our reception team. You will need to complete an application form and supply 2 forms of identification.

They will then generate a letter which contains your username, password and website address.

If you already have access to our on-line appointment booking service, we can add the ability to view your medical records to your on-line account. You will need to complete an application form and supply 2 forms of identification. Please ask our receptionists for more details.

Once successfully registered, you will be able to use this service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
